Weeden & Associates LLC is looking to hire licensed clinicians/consultants to join our treatment team of therapists.
Weeden & Associates provides Christian-based outpatient-counseling services to adults, adolescents, and children in a variety of modalities including but not limited to: individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, group therapy, couples therapeutic intensives, and play therapy. Most of our patients come to us with issues around substance and process addictions and the impact this has had on themselves and their families. Often this presents as unresolved complex trauma, issues with insecure or avoidant attachment, and intimacy disorders. Our practice also uses a 12 Step philosophy as we work to engage patients in a community of accountability and support. Our referrals come from a variety of sources: pastors, teachers and other church workers, doctors, attorneys, employee assistance programs, other clinicians, inpatient and residential treatment programs.
Candidates must be licensed professionals who are credentialed to provide psychotherapy in Wisconsin.
In addition to LCSW, LPC staff we are currently looking for a licensed psychologist to be a part of our treatment team to provide psychotherapy and testing for those patients presenting with ADD, OCD, PTSD, personality disorders, to establish treatment goals which may include referral for medication management.
While candidates would have the opportunity to consult on cases they were treating they would operate independently as regards the amount of hours and days they wanted to work. They would bring their own case- loads along with their own referral sources.
There would also be opportunity for training around pornography and other process addictions as staff has been involved in extensive training in dealing with sex and love addiction and were Certified as Sex Addiction Therapists by the International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals.
Our small company continues to grow in volume and scope of services offered. We are also in the process of expanding our office space at our Cedarburg location.
