My primary goal in therapy is to create a place of safety, trust, and connection for clients to share their stories and struggles and to find healing and wholeness through the therapeutic relationship we build together. My approach is eclectic, but I have a particular interest in Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I’m passionate about helping those with issues related to: dating and marriage, family dynamics, conflict management, anxiety and depression, faith and spiritual abuse, grief, time management and goal setting, career exploration, holistic health (mind/body/spirit), and development of self-concept. I believe that, if one is willing to do the deep work of knowing oneself, it is never too late to “be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
Currently, I am an LPC-IT, earning hours towards full licensure, but I am qualified to work with all ages in an individual, couples, or group setting.
