I am a Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker practicing psychotherapy. I seek to serve clients by processing their past, facing current thoughts, feelings, and emotions, and preparing for the future. Some topics we could navigate together include relational well-being, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma processing and healing, loneliness, singleness, escapism, life transitions, spiritual and philosophical health, and self-care.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree and a Bachelor of Social Work degree at Concordia University Wisconsin in May 2023. I then earned my Master of Clinical Social Work degree from the same university in July 2024. My practice is influenced by school social work experience working with children from 4k-8th grade and clinical experience serving individuals, couples, families, and groups of all ages during a graduate therapy practicum.
I adapt my therapy approach according to my client’s unique needs. It integrates a strengths-based, client-centered approach with tenants of rational emotive behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and the meaning-seeking, logotherapeutic approach. I encourage clients to consider their religious/spiritual and philosophical views when processing their situations.
